February Charity Cash Delivered

At our February Tar Autotest at Heathhall, we collected donations from all the members who competed – and some who didn’t – and came up with a handy sum of £65.

As our policy is to donate only to local charities, we agreed to donate it to Dumfries Rotary Club who participate in the annual ‘Kids Out’ day, where around 160 disadvantaged and disabled kids are given a fantastic action-packed day at the SRUC Barony College Campus, at Parkgate.

I was happy to hand it over to fellow Rotarian Brian last Friday and the cash will be well used this June, at the next ‘Kids Out’ day.
